Profile LED P24-2

LED Profile P24-2 is a waterproof solution with IP67 protection rating, designed for mounting LED strips up to 42 mm width. Made from high-quality aluminum, available in multiple color versions. Profile dimensions are 60 mm width and 40 mm height, offered in standard lengths and custom sizes.

The profile is compatible with dedicated cover and end caps, ensuring complete construction tightness. Installation possible using adhesive or silicone, recommended for use with SMD LED strips IP67.

Durability and Functionality
Although lighting profiles are not tested as main structural elements, we inform that thanks to solid aluminum construction and proper installation (e.g., in paving stones), profile P24-2 can withstand static loads up to 5.5 tons.

Profile Role: The profile serves as protective housing for LED strip and heat dissipation element, not as main load-bearing component.

Key Installation: To ensure declared durability, proper embedding of the profile in substrate (e.g., paving stones or tiles) according to construction standards is crucial. The substrate construction (laying method and stabilization of stones/tiles) takes and distributes most dynamic and static loads.

Test Conditions: The stated value of 5.5 tons refers to static load and does not include dynamic impact forces such as sudden braking or very fast passage.
